How to reset my Password
When you forget your GoSend password, we’ll send password reset instructions to the email address associated with your account profile. For security purposes, we don’t store password information, so we can’t give you the existing password on your account.
To reset your GoSend password, follow these steps.
- Navigate to GoSend login screen
- Click Forgot Password
- Enter your email address and click Send Email.

If you don’t receive password reset instructions within an minute or two, check your junk or spam folder.
